We produce permit drawings for submittal to the local jurisdiction. Drawings include floor plan layout, elevations, sections, roofing layout, site plan, details, electrical layout, title 24, engineering and engineering stamp (if required).
Please be advised that there can be significant fees involved with the permit process, road mitigation, school districts, wells, septic systems, design fees, engineering fees, sprinkler design fees (if needed), truss design fees, etc. We will help walk you through the whole process and keep you updated on these fees as they arise.

Do you own a home, but don’t have any construction documents of it? We conduct field surveys and provide complete as-built drawings of your home. Drawings include a floor plan, section, elevations, footing detail, and framing detail.

Our Process
Phase 1
Existing Conditions As-Built
An existing conditions as-built are drawings of the existing structure and/or site as it currently exists.
Phase 2
Schematic Design Document Development
The schematic design phase is the creative phase of architectural projects. Concepts are translated into preliminary, tangible designs. This phase transforms project requirements into functional layouts that focus on spatial relationships and overall form prior to detailed construction documents.
Phase 3
Coordination Design Document Development
The coordination design phase is the process of incorporating critical design components from architectural, structural, & MEP (mechanical, electrical & plumbing) designs into the current plan set. During this phase, the designer prepares the drawings for the appropriate consultants, which may include structural engineering/analysis, roof and floor truss design, energy compliance, etc.
Phase 4
Permit Document Development
The permit document phase is the process of integrating the consultant documents (structural, truss manufacturer, energy, etc.) designs into a unified plan set. A final review is completed by Designer and Client, and is ready for submittal to the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
