Rains Family Dwellings provides a full-service design solution for all home improvement projects. We provide design services and prepare permit documents for new homes, ADU's, additions, garages, decks, site plans, and as-builts. We pride ourselves on providing a complete design experience and "one-stop shop" for architectural, structural & MEP design drawings.
Rains Family Dwellings is a new company in the Treasure Valley of Idaho, but the owner, Frank Rains, has been in the residential design business for 25 years. Having worked all across the country, Frank has experience in many different jurisdictions and with various code editions, including an extensive knowledge of code analysis for all residential projects. In addition, Frank has a strong residential construction background and an astute knowledge of structural systems. Ultimately, all of this expertise enables Frank to quickly and accurately draft plans that are practical, cost-effective, and meet your design intent.
